Madrid – Il prossimo Paese a dover sorbirsi gli aiuti della Banca europea sarà la Spagna: così prevedono autorevoli osservatori, come lo stesso Willem Buiter, economista capo di Citigroup. "La Spagna sembra in procinto di entrare in un qualche programma della Troika, già dal 2012, come condizione per ottenere maggiore supporto dalla Banca centrale europea sul debito sovrano e sulle banche", si legge nella nota dell’economista, in precedenza membro del Comitato di politica monetaria della Banca d’Inghilterra. Appena una settimana fa Buiter aveva già espresso tutti i suoi timori sulla possibilità di un default spagnolo, parlando durante un’intervista per Bloomberg TV. Ma il gioco del rating e dello spread è ormai chiaro a tutti, e qualcuno pensa seriamente ad abbandonare l’Eurozona, prima che devasti inesorabilmente il Paese. Visti almeno i risultati negativi delle ultime ore per il Real e lo spread spagnolo. Buiter ha affermato che “il governo di Madrid, nei fatidici primi 100 giorni, ha centrato le riforme strutturali, ma non il risanamento del bilancio”. Gli spagnoli rispondono che, almeno per ora, non hanno chiesto nessun finanziamento Ue. Ma gli ammonimenti – o meglio i diktat – incrociati da Bruxelles, e da Berlino, per il governo di Mariano Rajoy già datano da diverse settimane. Intanto dall’Olanda altri segnali di crisi: anzi, una crisi di governo in vista per l’Aja, minacciata dal partito nazionalista, che vuole il referendum sull’uscita dall’Euro. C’è chi ci euro – ripensa… Fortunatamente! In Italia tutto tace: Napolitano, i partiti e le lobby delle privatizzazioni.

Le agenzie di rating continuano a fare il bello ed il cattivo tempo, e continuano ad essere controllate dalle multinazionali che siedono all’interno dei consigli di amministrazione. Sarebbe ora di finirla. Lo abbiamo chiesto a molti eurodeputati… penso che prima o poi o scoppierà una guerra o il buon senso e la democrazia prevarranno e i politici intellettualmente onesti – che sono rimasti davvero in pochi – apriranno gli occhi e il cuore. E’ comunque una resa dei conti epocale. Da parte mia sono tranquillo. Penso che noi tutti siamonelle mani di Dio .. La fede in questi momenti è molto prezioso, per evitare il peggio…
